As a result of a change in our lifestyle, conduct and environment, as human beings we are facing challenges and issues never previously faced by our predecessors. There is a positive correlation between these changes and the rise of mental health and social issues which has resulted in the ascent of sporadic and volatile internal and external state. It is for this reasons that Islamic Counselling has therefore arguably never been so important.
